The Story Behind the Orca Pad
When we came to design this particular flat, we wanted to bring together the spirit of Vancouver Island’s coast alongside an elevated interior with high-end furnishings. What better way to do this than by paying homage to a powerful symbol across British Columbia’s wild west coast: the orca whale.
Everything fell into place after this decision, and we feel that the monochromatic colour palette adds to the sophisticated vibe and modern aesthetic we envisioned all along.

The Location: Downtown Victoria
The Orca Pad is one of six available suites (all featuring a unique theme) and is located in the LoJo Neighbourhood, Downtown Victoria, facing the harbour. This area is known for its local and independent boutiques, shopping, and restaurants. Close by you’ll find Victoria’s best Italian restaurant, Il Terrazzo, and we always recommend you enjoy high tea at the Royal Fairmont Empress.
