Waddington Flats is located in the centre of the historic and trendy LoJo (Lower Johnson) neighbourhood of Downtown Victoria.

This stylish boutique hotel features six fully furnished suites, each one uniquely theme based on the history and culture of the city — The Garden Suite, The Orca Pad, The Royal Navy Suite, Chinatown Quarters, West Coast Loft and the Parliamentary Suite.

Waddington Flats offers more than just a place to stay — it offers guests the chance to authentically experience what Victoria is all about.

We pride ourselves on outstanding service and attention to detail.

Each of our suites has been artfully designed with all of the comforts of a home away from home.

All of our flats include a fully-stocked kitchen, in-suite laundry, high-speed wi-fi and flat screen TV (cable and Netflix provided). The flats vary in size, sleeping 2-4 people comfortably depending on the flat. Some of our flats are pet-friendly, and all have a crib available upon request for guests travelling with young children or infants. For those guests who are working while travelling, there is a designated working space in each flat.
