A Boho Chic Flat in Downtown Victoria
The Garden Room is one of Waddington Flats six available spaces (all with individual themes). As you’ll see, we were inspired by the flowers of the Sunken Garden at Butchart Gardens, a famous landmark here in Victoria, and one you can easily visit and spend hours exploring.
The decor has all the sweetness, colour, and beauty of a garden in full bloom, with plenty of home comforts to make sure you have a relaxing retreat to head back to at the end of each day.
The Ideal Base for Your Vacation in Victoria
This is a one-bed, one-bath suite, perfect for couples. Within, you’ll find everything you’d expect from a home away from home – in fact, some guests have even told us they could see themselves living here permanently! The space is complete with a sliding glass door partition to add more privacy in the sleeping space, and a private patio balcony overlooking the water.

The Garden Room is based in the LoJo Neighbourhood, Downtown Victoria. Just around the corner you’ll find yourself in the heart of Victoria’s shopping and dining mecca. There are plenty of bars, brunch spots, award-winning restaurants, and independent boutiques to enjoy too. The iconic Parliament Building is also only a 5-minute walk away along the waterfront.
