The Orca Pad
The Orca pad was a beautiful and well appointed condo right in the heart of downtown. Lots of shopping and restaurants near by. The bed was comfortable - as others have mentioned - and the unit was super clean! Would definitely stay at Khristina’s place again!

This spot was fabulous. Location was beyond perfect! In the center of everything! Khristina knew it was our wedding anniversary and she had bubbly and glasses with a note waiting for us. Her responsiveness was so quick and she was very accommodating! We will be back to stay in one of her flats!!

Totally 5 star in every aspect! The location was great with easy self checkin and a secure Airbnb in downtown Victoria. The place was immaculate with a full kitchen and an intimate 2nd floor balcony to view the cobblestone street below and walkers as it is not a thru street so no cars. It was easy walking in Victoria with an inexpensive close parking garage just a block away. We would highly recommend staying here! We had a fabulous time!

Location was perfect right in the heart of Victoria. Close to the inner harbour and Chinatown. Made walking the downtown area incredibly easy. The spot is decorated very uniquely and the bed was super comfy. Staying here made our trip to Victoria very enjoyable!

We had a wonderful stay at Waddington Flats. The unit was impeccably clean and had all the amenities we needed including an in-suite washer/dryer which was super handy and a lovely kitchen. Centrally located to restaurants and shopping within a short walking distance.

Khristina is a perfect host! Great communication - clear instructions and prompt reply! The unit is very beautifully decorated, cozy, clean and organized. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes, knife set, kettle, coffee maker etc. Perfect location - harbour, restaurants, great cafes and Chinatown. Can't wait for my next stay here.

One of the most amazing stays I’ve ever had. I only stayed one night but the place was like a mini vacation. The decor was stunning the little patio was perfect. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud it even had amenities like a first aid kit, fan , white noise machine. It’s was honestly so perfect.

The Royal Navy Suite
We had a really comfortable stay here. The suite is very well located downtown Victoria, close to bastian square, inner harbour, chinatown nice cafes and restaurants... all within a 10minute. Suite was clean, fresh linens, towels, equipped kitchen, smart TV , wifi. Khristina is very attentive and helpful ..we asked her for recommendations and she had a nice list of places to eat , drink etc which was very useful. All in all highly recommend!

The Royal Navy Suite was super clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The location was great for walking to so many Victoria attractions, restaurants, pubs and walking paths. The check in process worked well and was secure; checkout was a breeze. We didn't need to contact Khristina during our stay as everything was well explained in the check-in info, but any other correspondence we had was answered promptly.

We loved our stay here! It was central to the main points of downtown Victoria. The bed was very comfortable after a travel and explore day. We had everything we needed for a wonderful stay in Victoria.

Excellent locale to enjoy the downtown vibe (shops, restaurant, cafes, waterfront etc). The space was extremely neat and clean- loved the nautical theme!! Nice sized TV and enjoyed the sitting chairs and open doors in the evening along with the complimentary tea. Comfy bed, modern kitchen and bath, and the building felt very safe. We would definitely stay again!😊

The Royal Navy Suite is the cutest condo you’ll find downtown Victoria that’s for sure. You can’t get more central than the Waddington flats. Best view of the Canada Day fire works from the Juliette patio.I highly recommend anyone stay here no matter the duration of your trip. The location can’t be beat and the suite has everything you’ll ever need including in suite laundry. The hosts are incredibly responsive not that you even need them because they’ve done such a wonderful job laying everything out for you.
10/10. One last thing … the bed sheets are unreal. So soft and comfortable.

West Coast Loft
We stayed at Khristina's place for a birthday getaway and were blown away by the experience. The property was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect - in the heart of the downtown core surrounded by amazing restaurants and boutique stores. Khristina was a great host extremely helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Victoria.

Khristina's place (401) was cozy, just the right size, and had all the amenities we needed. We also love that we could bring our big, chill pooch. Beautiful view of the harbor with a private patio off the upstairs loft. The upstairs bed is comfy, as was the fold-out couch, which isn't like any fold-outs we've slept on before. The sofa cushions fold out by flipping over forward to create a unified bed, and there's a pillow top (loft closet) to make it a really nice queen sleeping setup. Perfect, central location in downtown Victoria. Easy walking distance to most everything we wanted to see and do. Going out for a morning run was a breeze, and safe, along the edge of the harbor. Just beautiful. Her instructions we comprehensive and clear, and the parking garage on Yates Street is just across the street. Surprisingly convenient.

Khristina is a very thoughtful host with all the accommodations to make for a superb stay. We loved the views from her loft, especially the rooftop patio. I can’t think of anything I’d want that she didn’t have. We would love to return!

I had a great time during my stay in this loft! It’s really clean, and incredibly beautiful. The streets were a little noisy but as soon as you close the windows you can barely hear it. The view was absolutely gorgeous. Kitchen was fully stocked, and the bathroom was nicely organized. Communication was great with the host, I had no problem checking in or checking out. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to enjoy themselves in the beautiful city of Victoria!

This place is FANTASTIC and we would 100% stay again. We stayed for 5 nights with our 6-month-old and 4-year-old and the location was ideal for exploring the city. We parked our car and didn't drive it the entire time. Do be aware that it is a bit noisy at night due to its great location (nightlife) - but it wasn't enough to bother us, although we are used to city living. Highly recommend.

Khristina's place is impeccable, inviting, inspiring and well equipped. I can highly recommend and already have to friends. My mom and I enjoyed three relaxing days there and when we were in the space we still knew we were visiting downtown Victoria with seaplanes and seagull sounds from the patio as well as local touches of decor. Will definitely return.

The Garden Room
Really enjoyed our stay! Location can’t be beat and there’s so many things to do nearby. The unit is beautifully finished and had all the amenities we needed. Would recommend to anyone!

Perfect location to all the main attractions. The room design is what gravitated me toward this home and let me tell you it did not disappoint. Super easy access to the building and to the unit. This cute, quaint, clean suite was definitely one of my favorites that I have stayed in in Victoria. The decor, the location, the ease of checking in and out made this extra special. We had a most lovely Valentine's Day stay at The Garden Room in Waddington Flats! This boutique-style suite was so tastefully decorated and welcoming that we felt an immediate sense of arrival into the beautiful capital of BC! Located right in the heart of downtown, clean, with well-stocked kitchen and a very comfortable bed, the suite offers a truly pleasant and quiet stay, without the commotion of a big hotel. The host had thought of every little detail of comfort and decor to make our stay in the Garden Room truly enjoyable. We are looking forward to coming back soon, as well as we would highly recommend Waddington Flats to family and friends. Thank you Khristina- a five-star experience indeed!

The Parliamentary Suite
Waddington Alley was the perfect stay for our recent weekend in Victoria. The location is perfect, it’s so clean, so well appointed, and felt like new inside. The bed was so comfortable. It has everything we needed to have a wonderful stay! Highly recommend! We will definitely look to book again!

You can’t beat the location! We loved our stay here and will stay again. Rooftop views were amazing to watch sunsets from and seaplanes landing. Place was clean and comfortable! Fast internet. Everything you need or want is within short walking distance. Thank you!!!

Location is great-so close to everything downtown (totally walkable!) Apartment was super clean, really easy check-in, thoughtful touches throughout the apartment as well. The views from the rooftop patio were fantastic! Highly recommend Khristina’s place!!

Clean and well appointed with great design details, a functional and comfortable layout, with majestic views of the skyline and water beyond Wharf St. from the rooftop terrace, surrounded by tons of great shops and restaurants, the location is ideal for exploring all that Victoria has to offer. Khristina was an attentive host and we would highly recommend her place.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Parliament themed loft. Khristina was thoughtful with all the furnishings, decor, and linens. The rooftop deck was a lovely bonus for us (including our dogs) to enjoy. The location is convenient and easily walkable to Chinatown, shops, and good food. We loved the cod at Red Fish Blue Fish and enjoyed breakfast at Jam Cafe. Overall, this was wonderful and we look forward to coming back and staying at Waddington Flats.

We really loved Khristina's apartment! It was very clean and comfortable, and everything we needed was there. The decore and appliances were new and nice. We also loved the little details reproduced from the Parliament Building - we won't spoil it for you, so you can see if you can spot them yourself.
The check-in is super easy, and we felt very safe in the building. There was some pounding club music nearby for just an hour or so in the evenings, but it stopped around 9, so not a problem and it was otherwise quiet at night. The sofa bed is also very nice - not a design we've seen before, and much more comfortable than your usual pull-out. We highly recommend Khristina's place!

Chinatown Quarters
Absolutely fantastic stay. Clean, beautiful, greedy location and super comfy bed! I would definitely recommend staying here. Great communication too!

What a lovely apartment! The decor is really special. There is a mural on the wall that explains the history of Chinese immigration in British Columbia which was very touching. The bed was super comfortable. You are really in the heart of the action on South Johnson Street. So many cute shops and restaurants. Very walkable. I highly recommend this apartment and the host is super responsive and accommodating.

Great location! If you're looking to explore downtown Victoria this place is perfect, tons of great shops and restaurants in the area. The place was clean, cute and has everything you need for a week-long stay. Khristina and her team were very helpful! One thing to keep in mind is that its loud at night due to nearby bars, but that wasn't an issue for us. Overall, a great place, would highly recommend!

The location is ideal, great restaurants right around the corner and within walking distance of many of Victoria's sites: Fan Tan Alley, Market Square, Bastion Square, the Inner Harbour, the Parliament (just to name a few!) Self check-in was clear and easy to follow and Khristina responded quickly to our questions. The flat was spotless and very well equipped and we greatly enjoyed our stay.

Great Location. Well decorated and very, very neat and clean and super cute
place. Walking distance to restaurants (breakfast ,coffee places or dinner), shops, and water side. We found parking also easy. Free from Saturday 6pm to Monday 9 am ... perfect!

Wow. Where do I start? This is a FANTASTIC place to stay. Khristina is a 5-star host. They are truly professional and have clearly put so much love into creating lovely experiences at the Waddington Flats. Everything was immaculately clean. They have thought about every possible need. The flat is so well organized and everything is beautiful. Felt right at home! Also the location can’t be beat. I’m so looking forward to trying out the other suites at the Waddington. Thanks!!
