The Inspiration Behind the Royal Navy Suite
With this particular flat, we wanted to pay our own tribute to the Canadian Navy and the Canadian Forces Base Esquimalt, Canada's Pacific Coast naval base, located just a 7-minute drive away from Waddington Flats. The result is a nautically inspired space complete with vignettes, weathered wooden paneling, and plenty of royal blue accents.
We wanted the furnishings in this space to be cozy and contemporary, and sourced them mainly from CB2. You’re able to enjoy a unique setting while being able to relax and rest after a busy day exploring.
A Unique Short-Term Rental with Everything Needed
The Royal Navy Suite is a studio-style space, with a sliding frosted glass panel to provide privacy within the sleeping area. You’ll also find a Juliette balcony that looks out over the inner harbour, the perfect view to accompany your morning coffee before beading out!
